  1. This week, don’t consume alcohol — beer, wine, or spirits.
  2. You can choose to avoid environments where alcohol is served altogether (such as bars and restaurants) or you can practice making alternative choices, such as club soda rather than a cocktail.
  3. Regardless, we’ll learn firsthand the effect that alcohol has on our wellness by temporarily omitting it from our lives.
